« Terms of Use for Commissions » ➤ You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (unless specifically commissioned for commercial purposes).
➤ You may NOT resell or use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without discussing it with me first (for designs, I like to know who is the one using the design). And if resale (adoptables/designs only) is approved, you may NOT sell it for more than you paid for it.
➤ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own and will issue credit as necessary. And please do not remove my signature without asking.
➤ As the artist, I have the right to display the artwork. (I will however respect a commissioner's request to not display their commission on specific sites or at all online if they so request.)
«Process of Commissioning:» 1 • Fill out the form below art examples under the calculator that show up when you have had it calculate a price.
2 • After looking it over and approving it, I will reply letting you know and provide you with my Paypal email.
4 • I send you the final product. (with updates in between upon request)
«Rules for Commissions:» ➤ No deadlines please. I will try to finish your commission within a reasonable amount of time, but other workloads and lack of inspiration may delay the final product. You may ask if I could accept a deadline, but I cannot guarantee the quality of the final product if the deadline is too unreasonable.
➤ Once your commission is approved, you must send at least half (or all) of the payment upfront before I will start sketching. The final product will not be delivered until payment has been delivered in full.
➤ Upon request, I will provide updates of your commission. (watermarked if full payment hasn't been received yet.)
➤ If full payment was not received upfront, then when I finish I will send you a watermarked version of the finished piece for approval. After receiving full payment, I will send the final art without the watermark.
«Other Information & Disclaimer:» ➤ I'm still learning (always and forever) and am better at drawing some things than others. Check one of my galleries linked above to see examples.
➤ My art is all completely digital and created predominately in Clip Studio Paint (sometimes Paint Tool SAI) and DAZ Studio, using Wacom Intuos5 tablet.
